How should I prepare for my session?

  • Dress comfortable and have layers, it is common to get hot and/or cold.

  • Cover your eyes with a washcloth, eye pillow, towel, piece of clothing.

  • Have 2 blankets, one to lay on, and one to cover yourself in, just in case!

  • Come with an empty belly (do your best to eat at least 1-2 hours before the session)

  • If you drink electrolytes, it can be helpful to have one an hour before the session.

  • Be in a quiet space (animals rule, but it is best to keep them in a separate space)

  • If you are attending a zoom session please have your camera on so I can coach you

  • properly throughout the session. Turn your computer on 10 minutes before we begin to

  • make sure you are all set!

  • Please be on time. It is important to go through the entire process so you have

  • time to actively breath, then rest. There will be no late entry. All sessions will start

  • and end on time.

  • We suggest not driving immediately after your session.

How long is each session?

60-75 minutes long, the active breathing part of the session will last for 20-25 minutes and the resting phase is for 15-20 minutes.

Will I feel any effects?

After a few minutes of breathing, you may feel a tingly sensation of energy vibrating through your body, moving the stuck energy in your system. Many people report having profound experiences. Your experience will be unique to you and your path.

Breathwork is different for everyone and different every time you do it.

Will there be music?

Absolutely! Each session has a custom playlist designed for you to go inwards and move upwards.

How often should I do Circular Breathwork?

Depends on how quickly you are wanting / willing to shift.

Are they any cautions I should be aware of?

Breathwork can result in intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, it is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries or surgery.

Breathwork is not advised for persons with severe mental illness or seizure disorders or for persons using major medications. It is also unsuitable for anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms. Pregnant women are advised against practicing Breathwork without first consulting and getting approval from their primary care physician. Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician and the Breathwork class facilitator.

Is my session refundable?

Unfortunately, classes and sessions are not refundable.
