MEET BROOKELIN
Growing up in the suburbs outside of Baltimore, Maryland with her hand on the ballet barre, led Brookelin into a life long journey and love for all things movement and wellness. Dancing ballet, hip hop, modern, and jazz all the way through grade school and then into her college years has allowed her to work successfully in the movement industry for over 25+ years now. While studying dance at The California Institute of the Arts in 1996, she was introduced to yoga and immediately fell in love with the practice. Graduating with a BFA in modern dance from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, she continues to choreograph and teach in order to share her passions with the world. Currently, Brookelin lives in Denver, Colorado where she is a Master Trainer for Pure Barre Corporate. She created Breathe with Brookelin as a place where mindset coaching, breathwork, EFT Tapping, nutritional counseling and movement practices are offered in-person and online.

Breath It!
Circular Breathwork or Conscious Connected Breathing is a three part breath technique where you breathe through your mouth and have the opportunity to release stuck energy, trauma and stress. The active part of the session will be about 25 minutes, then you get to rest and soak up all the benefits of the work that you just did. All sessions have customized playlists for your sensory enjoyment. Through your guided session you will be coached and supported every breath of the way!

Tap It!
Tapping, or EFT, is a mind-body therapy that draws on the traditional Chinese medicine practice of acupuncture, and it is used today as a self-help approach in modern psychology. It involves tapping key acupressure points on the hands, face, and body with your fingertips while focusing on uncomfortable feelings or concerns, and using positive affirmations to neutralize those feelings.

Craving more movement in your day to day along with making healthier lifestyle choices? Brookelin offers barre, yoga, dance cardio, and conditioning classes to support you in your fitness journey. She customizes classes to fit your desired goals along with nutritional guidance to help you achieve balance.

COACHING SESSION
Is there a certain area in your life or repetitive thought or story that you just cannot seem to make peace with and say goodbye to? Sit down with me for a 2 hour session that is catered specifically to your needs and goals. Brookelin will guide you through a series of questions and depending on your specific focus, she will pull from different modalities, such as EFT Tapping, breathwork and sound healing to create a transformational experience. This is the best session to begin your journey with me. From there we get to discover which of the tools below will support you in staying accountable to your own goals. Notebook and your favorite pen required!
TAPPING SESSION

BREATHWORK SESSION
Circular Breathwork is a technique of conscious controlled breathing designed to help release trapped emotion and trauma. This 60 minute experience, all to music, will support you in letting go of some energy you have been holding onto. Discover the power of your own breath in a supported, guided session!
MOVEMENT SESSION
If you are looking to strengthen and tone your body, I offer barre, yoga, dance cardio, and conditioning classes to support you in your fitness journey. Depending on your specific goals, I customize workout sessions to fit your desires.
