Circular Breathwork is an active, rhythmic breathing practice that opens space in the body for release and renewal. As you breathe continuously without pause, you create a wave of energy that moves through your system, helping to clear emotional blocks, calm the mind, and awaken your inner vitality.

Each session combines music, coaching, and sound to guide you through a 25-minute active breathing journey, followed by deep rest and a grounding technique to help integrate what you’ve released.

This is your space to let go of what’s been holding you back, reconnect to your truth, and remember that your breath is your most powerful tool for transformation.

What Is Circular Breathwork?

Circular Breathwork is an active and intentional breathing technique that invites you to connect with yourself on a deep, energetic level. Unlike the slow, meditative breath used to calm the mind, this practice amplifies your breath to awaken the body and free what’s been held beneath the surface.

It’s a continuous, rhythmic breath pattern - with no pause between the inhale and exhale - that creates an energetic circuit within the body.
You feel it. You feel you.
Your truth. Your tension. Your tenderness. Your power.

Through this breath, you begin to see yourself more clearly - where you hold back, where you disconnect, and where you’re ready to release and expand.

Breath as Medicine

In my work, the breath is not just something we do - it’s something we use.
It’s a tool for transformation, a sacred doorway between the body, mind, and spirit.

Circular Breathwork helps move energy and emotion that has been stored or suppressed.
It supports the nervous system in shifting out of stress or stagnation and into release, clarity, and renewal.

You may experience tingling sensations, temperature shifts, or waves of emotion - this is your body remembering how to process and let go. It’s somatic, meaning your body leads the way. No forcing, no overthinking. Just your breath guiding you home.

What are some of the benefits of Circular Breathwork?

How should I prepare for my session?

  • Dress comfortable and have layers, it is common to get hot and/or cold.

  • Cover your eyes with a washcloth, eye pillow, towel, piece of clothing.

  • Have 2 blankets, one to lay on, and one to cover yourself in, just in case!

  • Come with an empty belly (do your best to eat at least 1-2 hours before the session)

  • If you drink electrolytes, it can be helpful to have one an hour before the session.

  • Be in a quiet space (animals rule, but it is best to keep them in a separate space)

  • If you are attending a zoom session please have your camera on so I can coach you properly throughout the session. It is best to arrive 10 minutes before your session to test your setup and internet connection.

  • Please be on time. It is important to go through the entire process so you have time to actively breath, then rest.

  • No late entry please. All sessions will start and end on time.

  • We suggest not driving immediately after your session.

Will I feel any effects?

After a few minutes of breathing, you may feel a tingly sensation of energy vibrating through your body, moving the stuck energy in your system. Many people report having profound experiences. Your experience will be unique to you and your path.

Breathwork is different for everyone and different every time you do it.

 

Will there be music?

Absolutely! Each session has a custom playlist designed for you to go inwards and move upwards.

Are there any cautions I should be aware of?

Breathwork can result in intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, it is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries or surgery.
